Decorative frames are only offered for the black 10” and 14” models. They are not available for the 8” model or the white L-shaped frame.

What if my items arrived damaged or is defective?
If your items arrived damaged or you received a defective item, please email support@masjidal.com with your name and order number within 5 days of receipt.
What items are returnable?
Masjidal accepts returns of complete, undamaged and new items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned with all accessories and in original packaging. Masjidal has the right to refuse returned items that do not meet the listed requirements.
Please note shipping charges are non-refundable.
What are your shipping rates?
Shipping is calculated based on the location and item(s). Shipping rates are available at checkout once shipping details are entered.
