Orders & Shipping
We offer a 30-day return policy on all hardware products in their original condition. Digital subscriptions can be canceled anytime with no refund on the current billing period. Contact support@masjidal.com to start a return.
Yes. We ship worldwide. US orders typically arrive in 3–5 business days, international orders in 7–14 business days depending on customs. Contact support@masjidal.com for international shipping inquiries.
Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes within the US via USPS. International shipping requires a physical address.
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can also look it up anytime on our order status page.
Domestic and international orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx. All orders include tracking.

The Athan Clock is a smart display designed for Muslim homes. It shows prayer times, plays the Athan automatically, and keeps the next salah in view — while also giving you access to Quran, Adhkar, Islamic radio, bedtime stories, lectures, and more.
Yes. The clock connects to Wi-Fi to sync accurate prayer times for your location and receive automatic updates.
Certain models support wall mounting with our decorative frames or a wall mount. Note: white L-shaped Athan Clocks are designed for tabletop use only.
Plug it in, connect to Wi-Fi from the welcome screen, and enter your location. Setup takes under 5 minutes — no technical knowledge required.
Yes. If your masjid uses Masjidal, your Athan Clock will pull their exact prayer and iqamah times automatically. Otherwise, it uses calculated times for your location.
Athan+ App
Yes. The Athan+ App is free to download on iOS and Android. No hidden subscription for personal use.
Prayer times sync when you're connected. Once synced, the app works offline for the day. Recommend keeping location and Wi-Fi enabled for automatic updates.
Yes. Athan+ works worldwide with accurate prayer times for any city using your preferred calculation method (Hanafi, Shafi, ISNA, MWL). If you also want your local masjid's Iqamah times, invite them to sign up — Masjidal is free for masjids.
Yes — if your masjid uses the Masjidal Donations Platform, you can give directly from the app in one tap.

Al-Iqamah / TV Signage
Al-Iqamah is a cloud-based digital signage platform designed for masjids. Display prayer times, iqamah countdowns, announcements, slideshows, and more on any TV — all from one dashboard.
Al-Iqamah works with any HDMI-compatible TV via the Al-Iqamah Signage Player. No special TV required.
Unlimited on every plan, including Free. On the Free plan, all screens show the same content. Any paid plan unlocks multi-zone, so each screen can display different content. For example, prayer times in the main hall, announcements in the lobby, and events on the women's side.
Yes. Every screen updates from a single cloud dashboard. Change content, adjust prayer times, publish announcements — all remotely.
Donations Platform
No. The Masjidal Donations Platform takes zero commission. You only pay Stripe's standard processing fees, which go directly to Stripe.
No — one Masjidal account powers every channel. Online, mobile, kiosk, app, and TV QR all sync to the same dashboard in real time.
Receipts are sent automatically by email the moment a donation is processed — across every channel. You can customize the receipt template with your masjid's branding.
Yes. Run general donations, sponsor a musalla, an iftar campaign, and event registrations all simultaneously. Each has its own progress tracker and reporting.
